About Mrs. Reis

This is Mrs. Reis' fifth year teaching Grade 6 at Meadowridge School. Prior to Meadowridge, Mrs. Reis taught MYP Math and Science and DP Biology at Mulgrave school since 2012. Her philosophy is to provide and promote a safe learning environment for all students. She is motivated to seek interactive methods and teaching strategies so students can achieve academic and personal success.

Mrs. Reis grew up in Maple Ridge. She completed her Bachelors of Science at UBC and returned a few years later to obtain her Bachelors of Education, specializing in Middle Years Science. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Education, specializing in Math Education. During her free time, Mrs. Reis greatly enjoys being outdoors, playing volleyball, event planning (especially weddings), and hanging out with her dog, Jax.
